Is there any such thing as too long of an appeal letter?
Hi All,
I have started making notes for my appeal letter and I was wondering if there's any such thing a too much information. Should I keep it simple or let them have the full thirty years of history?
I also just wanted to say how much I appreciate all of you. You have such wonderful advice and I love seeing how you support one another.
Thanks,
Joni
Yes there is. State the facts. Too much and you will appear too emotional. You want to show that you are stable and able to deal with the change. That way you are a good investment. Your insurance company wants to save money and if you have to go through multiple procedures they will lose out.
1. I have this.
2. I have been for ____ Long.
3. I have done this.
4. I need to do this because.
5. I have support from ___ _____ _____ and my PCP.
Something like that maybe?

I'm sorry I don't have any advice but I want you to know that you have been and still are in my thoughts and prayers ! I was actually just thinking about sending you message and asking how things were going. I am sorry you didn't get instantly approved but I am sure this time will be the time ! Good Luck ! Maybe the reason they denied it is to buy some time so you and I can be roomies ? LOL Keep your chin up ! ~~Rona
