Shish Tawook

It's just a fancy name for marinated chicken. It is absolutely wonderful and I am completely addicted to it. I usually only have 1/2 a serving and use all Low-Fat or Fat-Free products. Thanks Stacey! A great heads up on the recipe! I love middle eastern food! La Shish is great when I go south. IN flint we have BAda West that has wonderful hummus and chicken dishes. I'm waiting until I can safely eat it again! Jennifer

the owners of LaShish have been linked to terrorist funding. Specifically Hezbollah. Do a google search and you'll see. I urge you to use a different restaurant as their are many wonderful Lebanese restaurants in the area.

This was just printed yesterday: Chahine, the owner of the La Shish restaurant chain, is charged with tax evasion. He is a fugitive, having flown to Lebanon after his offices were searched but before he was indicted last May.
