TICKER HELP

Everyone has some kind of weight loss ticker, how can I add one to my msgs

Only at the MAIN message board can you show your ticker. www.tickerfactory.com is the place to make yours and copy the html code and paste it into your profile on your signature it wont show up on any board but the MAIN board. to do that, go to the main board, login, and change settings, change your avatar and copy and paste the ticker into your signature. Then press save. If you need help send me an email but I may not be able to help until Monday. Stacey
