No longer obese
Well, I am just shy of 6 months post op and I am no longer considered "obese" I am just over weight! How freaken exciting. I am stuck at 177 for like 3 weeks now and that is frustrating but with the new year comes new goals. I am working on getting all my protein in which will help. I read on here that alot of people use unjury. Does anyone have a link where I can check that out? I can't stand the taste of protein but everyone seems to agree that it is without taste. Thanks everyone.

There are 2 unflavored proteins:
Unjury (which I have not tried but smelled it) www.unjury.com
and go to the bariatric section/unflavored. you can buy samples here.
Vita Lady also has samples of their proteins, I do not know if they have unflavored but she has 100's of flavors @ www.vitalady.com
And I get my unflavored protein called "ANY WHEY" at Barix in Ypsi, it is also available at GNC. It is a more 'sweet smelling' protein powder that I use in hot cocoa, tea, and coffee. I know you can bake with it, and I have added it to my chili and cannot tell it is in there. 17 gms protein per scoop. Barix has the 60 serving containers as GNC does not, they carry the 30 serving cannister for about 20 bucks. Barix is 30 for the 60 serving cannister.
