Wow!

I am mostly a lurker, but ....... I had to post today! LOL LOL I can't believe how fast this has gone for me!! I am one month post op already and have lost 35.5 lbs. I didn't expect the loss to be this much this fast, I really am in awe of the speed this works. I have gone from a tight 26/28 to a lose 22 already! WOW! I just had my labs drawn this morning, and will find out the results on Jan. 9th. My at home monitoring of my diabetes, and blood pressure are showing no need for either types of the pills. I can't believe it!!!! No meds for the two things that have plagued me most of my adult life. I am getting most of my protien and liquid in most days, and I make sure I take my vites! Some days, as most of you well know, are much harder than others to get it all in. But I try my darnedest to get it all in each day. One day at a time, as the saying goes. Have a wonderful day!!!!!!
