Burning/Stinging.....??????

Today marks 9 weeks and 2 days post op abdominoplasty. I am experiencing some weird pains, wondered if any of you out there post oppers from abdominoplasties (sp?) have experienced the same. My seroma is still leaking, which is normal. The amount or color has NOT changed in 2 weeks since my last post op visit with Dr. DiNick. But the belly area below my belly button hurts. Feels like burning is inside. Like "heartburn". Stinging, all over. Tylenol and Tylenol Xtra Strength just don't cut it anymore. I tossed and I turned last night. Little or no sleep. At work hard to appy cold or heat to it, but while @ home, I can do cold and it feels good....then 5 minutes later, back to stinging, burning. Is THIS normal, or should I call the good Doc? Guess it must have been temporary as it's gone now. I feel better, placed some ice rice paks (thanks phyl!) on my lower belly when I got home from work and took more tylenol extra strength and it helped. Propping my feet up helped also. Guess it's just healing stuff. Felt weird ..........like I was on fire inside. Stacey W 2lbs short of Goal
