1 year has pasted lost 113lbs (wow does this feel great)

Well I past the 1 year marker, and one thing is for sure I am never going back to the way I was before. I wish I would have done this sooner! There has been some downside however it has been so small next to the upside. Check out my new photos, I went rock climbling last week and made it to the top. (unbelievable) I hope all it going well for you.

I had my surgury on the dec 12 06. I have lost just over 100 also. Isn't it a great feeling to feel so good? Congrats on the good work.
