OT - OH NO!! JUROR QUESTIONAIRE!!
It came in the mail on Monday - my second one in about 16 years. Dad got one too...
We were both excused the first time - I had had brain surgery and my dad is a heart patient. He will be able to get out of this one because he's 70 yrs old, but I may not....
Since I don't know how cushiony the chairs are, I wonder if I can be excuse for bone butt skin and the pain that comes with it....

Well actually you do have a very valid excuse for dismissal from jury duty!!! In fact we all do, all you have to do is ask your doctor for a note that would excuse you based on the fact that we do require frequent small meals and the need to be able to drink water frequently which would require more frequent restroom breaks...... gee how do I know this.... I lived in Macomb County until October and the doctors note worked for me. I was dismissed based upon the possible disruption to the court room proceedings.
Also Rhonda in your case, I am not sure if you still have issues with any neurological problems from your brain surgery, but it might be a good thing for the doctor to include that in your letter requesting dismissal.
Hope it helps!!

PS I just thought about KP, can you imagine him on a jury, the other jury members would want him dismissed for lack of air quality in his presence!!
