Hi my precious Penny! I did get your e-mail, I've just been sort of out of it the last few days. You won't believe this, but the filling in my tooth I had done just days before our surgery has become infected It's been hurting more than my surgery stuff...guess it's true that pain somewhere else helps you forget what all is going on! I have so much to tell you about the 24 hours after you left, if you don't mind just giving me a couple of more days, okay? How are you doing? You said you had a couple of rough days, but you got through them...which I knew you would. You are a remarkable woman and I'm so thankful you were there with me and we had time to be together. I look forward to hearing from you, and don't worry, I'm really doing very well...just tired, tired, tired... Love you much! Liz

I have all kinds of patience - especially since those blasted tubes came out last Friday!! Just email me when you are up to it. I promise not to bug you! I have one more appt. with Dr. A to have stiches removed from adorable new belly button. This body is very different from the old - what a journey this has been! Hi Penny! I keep hoping to run into you at Dr. A's office, but it hasn't happened...disappointing. I had one drain removed and my bellybutton stitches taken out on my 2nd visit, then had to wait until the next week to get my 2nd drain out. They never hurt or anything, but it was like FREEDOM!!! to have them both gone. Did you get all 4 of yours removed at the same time? That must have been amazingly freeing! I'm very pleased with the results, too, finally there isn't this load in front of me that I keep trying to suck in, and no hernia to keep playing with . Gee, I'll be lonely with out it, ha ha! I want to tell you all that happened in the 24 hrs. after you left, but I'd rather do it just between us...my e-mail is [email protected] so send me a note when you get a chance and I fill you in on some really crazy things, okay??
