Meeting with Dr DiNick

All I can say right now is that there is no infection, that the incision is healing properly, and that I return in January 2007. I'll have more to tell after my next appointment, but for now, this is all I am capable of posting at this time. It was not a good day for me. (so keep me in your thoughts please) Stacey W

I'm better today but I have a lot on my mind. It wasn't "BAD" news. Dr. DiNick is a true perfectionist. And there are some minor ((MINOR)) concerns about a few things that may need to be redone is all. Right now he wants me to heal, and I return to see him in mid January and we will proceed from there. I am not worried, I know I have the best surgeon, man & Doctor in the state to take care of me. It's just been dished onto my plate and I need to slowly digest the possibilities. I can handle it, I'm strong, have family and friends supporting me, and I took time on my way home this morning to just let go of my frustrations. Thanks ....for caring! Stacey W :

Well, I was thinking a bit this morning, and felt I should have asked more questions. (to Dr. DiNick). He's always told me "call me anytime if you have any questions, concerns or problems". So, I took that at hand, and did. Today. Sunday. (He indicated it was FINE that I called him- he does not want me to worry!) I'm at ease......I'M AT GREAT EASE NOW. It's minor. Oh so minor. Nothing to worry about, probably in April 2007 is approx when it might happen, again, depending on how I heal in the next few months. However, I was elated when he said he sees possibilities to make things LOOK better. How great is that? So I'm fine. I'm good. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Stacey W
