Excellent way to get protein!

I went to the dietician last week. Everyone was concerned about the same thing. How in the world are we going to get all that protein. She gave a really us a really good way. I didn't want to say anything till I tried it. She recommended Prostat 64. It is really good. It is liquid so you can mix it with lots of things. You can even take it straight. Yes it tastes that good. It comes in three flavors. It comes in Natural, Wild Cherry, and Butter Pecan.
