Its been a long time since Ive posted, Im 7 months out and Ive lost 120 #'s!! YEAH ME!!!!!! Here's the weird part - Ive been stalled for several weeks now but I keep up the exercise and lately EVERYONE has commented that I look good. Now dont get me wrong, Im not upset, but it is strange to me that Ive lost 7 lbs in 1 1/2 months only and yet I look better than when I was losing 15 lbs a month! I still have 40 # to go, so I sometimes worry and fret that I will NEVER lose it, but maybe a long stall is normal?? What do you all think? Am I normal? Kathryn

YOU NORMAL? hahaha. jk. After six months it slows down. You will lose it, it just takes time. when i slowed down i would maybe lose 5 or 6 pounds a month. But remember you are still losing inches. The last few pounds are the hardest and you really have to work at it. Try changing your routine and see if that helps. Hugs Linda

Linda, HaHaHa! I knew i was setting myself up with that one! Yep, harldy normal but it is a big change - sometimes its hard to keep perspective but I am grateful to still lose even though its slow. Hardest part for me, hands down, is that Ive lost a TON of hair and I am embarressed and self conscience about it. What can ya do? Oh well Hugs, Kathryn

My weight loss stalled about the 9th month - gain a lb, lose a lb. It finally has started again and I will be 15 months out on Friday. At this point it's probably better to lose it slowly than to lose it too fast and look like the of death!!

Wow, it started again at 15 months out ? I am continually surprised to read the posts on here about how on going this process is! 40 lbs is a lot - esp. when Im losing a few a month - thanks for the perspective!!! Kathryn
