So what are you eating today???

I wondered what you are eating and drinking today. I like to know so that I can modify my diet and see ideas from everyone. For breakfast I had weight control oatmeal with 2 T raisins, 2 T slivered almonds, 1 teaspoon equal, and 1 scoop Any Whey protein. A cup of decaf hazelnut coffee with 1 scoop Any Whey protein. Total grams: 42 (over about an hour and a half) Lunch: leftover pot roast sandwich on 1/2 slice toast, and a half a cup of applesauce with 1/2 scoop Any Whey, 1 slice graham cracker. 2 bottles water from 10am-noon. Protein: 15 approx. Snack: 4 tablespoons peanunt butter on a slice of flax seed toast and a 8 ounce glass of skim milk. Protein: 10 grms Dinner: Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu (from Meijer meat Dept), 1/3 cup steamed carrots, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, and the potatoes had Any Whey (1/2 scoop) in them. Protein: probably 20. 2 bottles water from 4pm-6pm Snack tonight: Orville Low Fat Kettle Corn, water and a popsicle before bed! Total protein intake: 87 grams protein Water: need more probably but doing better at getting it in!! Thank you all Stacey W

Wow Stacey... I am impressed..... This is my day today.... Breakfast: 2 oz. Carb Master Straberry yogurt (6 gr. protein) Snack: 4 oz protein drink (36 gr. protein) Lunch: 1 Tablespoon Reduced Fat Peanut butter with 2 saltine crackers (4 gr. protein) Snack: 4 oz. protein drink (36 g. protein) Dinner: 2 oz. Refried beans with 1 oz. fat free cheddar cheese. (10 gr. protein) Of course like you will have a popsicle tonight before I go to bed..... Protein for the day...... 92 grams Water.... I think I will get it all in by the end of the day. Shawn M.

Prunes. I ate prunes. Do you know why I ate prunes? Certainly not because I like them. If I eat more prunes, I will soak them in boiling water so they puff up and hopefully don't stick in place like tonight. Tomorrow I'm eating flax seed cereal. And hoping. Smooth Move tea is next. then MoM (self prescribed), then a well-placed stick of dy-no-mite. Also had protein drink (35 grams), Atkins protein bar (20 grams), three ounces of tuna and light mayo (20grams), some bean chips (obligatory Trader Joes commercial here), lower fat TJ cheese curls, and prunes. Aren't you glad you asked?
