Hello Wonderland.

Wow its so Great to say that. I am down 102 pounds in 6 months. I still cant believe it what a ride it has been. I was 299 when I started and now 197. I havent been at this weight in over 20 years oh what a feeling. Thanks for letting me share with you all. I would also like to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season. Hugs Debbie M
