PROTEIN PROBLEM
Try Champion Nutrition's Proscore 100 (in choc, van, strawberry). Mix a half scoop with 4 oz of cold water. Make mixture watery while you are recovering.
As you heal, the normal serving is 2 scoops in 8 oz water. Do not mix with milk or juice, because it adds extra calories. All 3 flavors taste just fine without fixing them up.
You can try sample packets from www.vitalady.com. The website has a whole bunch of different protein powders and flavors.
