I pulled it off www.Kelloggs.com. : Sugars is 2 grms per 3/4 cup. calories 100 fat is 3 0 cholesterol sodium 110 potassium 320 carbs is 14 fiber is 5 gms protein 10 gms plus it has alot of good vitamins. Bad thing-- I would have to put milk on it. Stacey W 310/147

Judy, You look gorgeous!! I add a handful of raisins to the Special K protein. I miss Raisin Bran, but the regular brands seem to have a lot of sugar. Hope you didn't spread your own holiday "cheer" at work Brenda
