Hey KP, I put that omega 3/flax oil in the blender when I make my protein shakes. That is supposed to be wonderful for your skin, hair and nails. I can't even taste it - you can buy it in pill form as well. Take care, Carey

Carey, I get my flax seed in an oil! It's not good for cooking but is a GREAT oil for drizzling on salads, it has a wonderful nutty taste! I also love to drizzle it on avacado slices with a dash of salt mmmmm

My mother swears by black olives! Yuck, I know, but she swears it works! And baby oil rubbed all over you after a shower, before you dry off let it set a minute and pat dry! Seals in the juices like a roast turkey! Wendy

Hi KP before WLS I was using vitamin E 1000 mg they are big capsules they worked very well for me and I also use Avon moisture therapy lotion in the blue and white bottle it is very good stuff and cheap too. Talk to mark at the health food store and see what he suggests, I finally met him last week and he was very helpful. TammyC

My face used to be so bad that my makeup wouldn't even spread. Now i take fish oil caps (they're gel and go down easy) once a day and it has helped tremendously. Hugs Linda

I was using Quench by Olay. I bought a body lotion from the Family Dollar store the other day, and it works better than anything I've ever tried before and only cost a dollar ~unbelieable . Its called Family Dollar Fluid of Beauty Hydrating lotion. It's pink but has a light clean scent. Hope you find what works for you. God bless, Annette
