DOWN 159 LBS AS OF TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't gonna do it. I wasn't gonna go in and weigh. But I woke up today and thought, I need to see. I really want to see. So, I got dressed and went in to my WLS office (here, and it went great!) and weighed. First, I spoke to his staff and said I had my abdominoplasty and showed them how great I looked. They were so impressed by Dr. DiNick's work....(ha ha ha...more like 'jealous") that they both agreed I deserved it and that my WLS would not be upset. (So do I really care? NOPE!) Then came the moment. Weighing for the past 15 months on a "TANITA" body composition analyzer, my weight began at my journey at 310. My BMI was 67. My whole world, was MORBIDLY OBESE. well NOT ANY MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SLIPPED OFF MY SHOES AND SOCKS. GOT ON THE SCALE. AND IT STATED: WEIGHT: 151.0 LBS BMI: 29.0 FAT MASS: 46.0 FAT %: 30.5 ****ALL WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS!!!**** So this means, from my start of journey, until today, about 20 minutes ago, I have lost 159 lbs. Wooooooooooo Hoooooooooooo!!!!!!! Congrats Stacey! You should be very proud of yourself. You have done an incredible job. I have never seen your before picture and you definitely look like a new woman. WTG! Congrats. Hopefully that will be me in a 1-1/2 years. My starting weight (back in the spring) was 309. Stacey & Brenda, Thanks for the congrats. It sure has been a great day....I can't explain the excitement within my heart, and how happy I am.
