Hi Darlene, Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss thus far Haveyou tried any of the protein drinks? I use desigeners whey (chocolate and strawberry), I also use nectar, (roadside lemonade and strawberry kiwi), and any whey flavorless. I add 1 tablespoon of the anywhey to most of the foods I eat (It adds 9 grams of protein). Sometimes I add crystal light to the nectar to give it a little zip. I like it by itself too. I add fruit and carb control yogurt to the desigeners whey, and make it into a smoothie. I also use fat free cottage cheese, carb control yogurt, Skim milk, and a litle bit of peanut butter to get my protein in. Refried beans with a little bit of FF cheese and a touch of FF plain yogurt will add protein to your diet. Adding a couple Tablespoons of ff dry powdered milk to some of your foods will add a little extra protein to your meals. Cheese is always a good alternitive(sp?) Best wishes to you, God bless, Annette
