I'm a Newbee here but has an surgery date Dec. 18th

Hello everyone, I seen we had a Michigan site. I have my surgery at Hurley in Flint, MI with Dr. Obied. I really like him and the staff there. I go to my pre-surgical Nov. 29th I was wondering what the 8 day food meal was like before laproscopic surgery. I am so nervous just don't like getting put under. Thanks Nikki

WELCOME!!!!!! CONGRATS to you on your date!!!! You will find out what your meals are before surgery when you see your nutritionist. Each dr has their own way of doing things. There is no need to worry....think calming thoughts and....the calmer you are the better for your surgery and recovery. Good luck!!! Hugs Judy

Hi Nikki, We have the same Dr. and pre-surgical and I'm new to! Small world syndrome! I feel you on the nervous about going under! But I'm ready for this! If you want- keep in touch by email, I think it would be cool to have someone local to go through this with! jennifer
