I got a new primary care doc!

I have been trying to get my pcp to work with me to get approval for WLS, but he will not agree to do that. He thinks that I should be able to do the diet and forget the surgery. His physician's assistant has the same opinion. So! I asked some friends for recommendations and found a physician who will work with me. He is reputable and respected, so I feel really positive about this. My first appt is Dec 1. I also have a reservation to go to a Informational Seminar given by Dr. Hendrick on Nov 31. His staff has been so helpful. These are only baby steps, but I feel like I am finally on my way. Yea!!!

Dr. Hendrick was my surgeon and I love him to pieces! He is an awesome and amazing person and surgeon. His office staff are so kind and so informative. Good luck! I hope you love him as much as I do!! Suzanne
