OT, Got my work evaluation today

My boss handed it to me in a plain, white envelope. I asked him if I should open it or should I be afraid. He said nah, open it up and we'll talk about it but right now I'm headed to lunch. Well, I opened it and read. Whoo, it's a good one. I had a couple of spots last year I had to improve and I did (mainly dealing with difficult residents). He also gave me some supervisory points for watching over and directing community service people. I guess I'll be here for another year.

Congrats a good eval is always a plus. Congrats.
