WANTED - support group in [MONROE]

Hey everyone, I know there are a handfull of you in or around the Monroe area. My mother and I are both very interested in starting our own support group here in Monroe arranged for regular meetings for questions and answers, group walks ectra. If anybody is interested or has any suggestions please let me know!! thanks!! *hugs* Hope to see some of you soon!! : )

Good for you Kathryn! I also started my own group when I didn't have one available to me in my area. If you go down a few posts, you will see where I posted about getting support group leaders together for informational meetings so we can learn from each other, see what other people are doing, etc. Just get some good ideas. Sounds like you'd be a perfect candidate to join us! When I have something figured out, I'll let you know. Hugs, Theresa

Hey thanks alot for your input on the support group plan, i hope others of you will add input aswell!!... If this dosen't work out for some reason i wouldn't mind joining another group, but it'd be great to have one in our area. Please post if interested! thanks

I would love it but my biggest fear is my Hubby stays out of town working @least 3 nights a week, and have no sitter for my children. 1 car family till after Christmas,,,so not sure how "committed" I can be until after the first of the year...But its an excellent Idea!
