I still have it!
Hi Kori
I am over two years out and still do it. You should have seen my plate at my surgeons picnic in september, Erin seen it. I had a turkey dog (with bun) a grilled chicken sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad , watermelon and grapes. Of course i didn't eat it all, but i was so hungry cause i got up late and had to rush to get there. I didn't touch the chicken, ate part of the sides and fruit. My nutritionist seen it too and just giggled and said it's ok just don't eat it all.
I don't know if anyone ever overcomes it, if so, please let me know how.
Hugs
Linda
Oh, I do this too, even though a try not to....... My sister's partner had RNY a couple years ago and it used to make me so mad when they would come for dinner and she would load up her plate - - we would have to throw more than half of that out and it just pissed me off to waste that food. Now I do the SAME THING! Yikes!
Guilty!!!! And my husband is sick of it. I use a small plate at home but it's still too much food. When I'm done, I just hand it over to him and he finishes it off. To the price of a 10 pound gain for him over the last year!!!! He's really hoping I either eat a little more or take a little less food.
