so excited ..and scared to !!

went to the dr today and I told her I have desided tohave the wls and and I have been seeing her for years now but she only has the last 5 months of documented dieting plus I did tell her that I went to topps for 2 years plus all the diets I been on ...so anyway am really excited that I finnally have everything going now I just have to deside where to go ??
