Oops....

Not a good sign to wake up and have one of the JP drains opened up and leaking all over the place. I figured out that perhaps while sleeping (and even while up) I should keep them in the pack my pain pump came in. Some drainage got onto the carpet but just a few drops. Mom was able to use something and get it up. I had an emotional morning this AM already. Was sorting through cards I got when I had my WLS back in July 05 and there was one from Mom and Dad. Dad had written something so wonderfully special to me that it really made me cry today. In case you didn't know, my Dad passed Feb 15 2006 of cancer. I shared it with Mom and she said he was present and proud of me at this very moment and it felt good. Sometimes I feel his presence, and when I read that card, I felt him with his arms around me and my Mom saying it is all good. Just wanted to share this. Thanks for letting me. ;wave: Stacey W

Keep those drains to where they won't leak girlie... Of course I don't know much about them at this point. LOL... Glad your mom was able to clean it all up. Shawn M.

Stacey sprung a leak, (singsong) Stacey sprung a leee=eeak! Glad it wasn't a big deal, you had me worried. I'm so impressed with the improvement since the surgery. You are moving so much better, and thinking more clearly as well.
