I AM RESTRICTED ONCE AGAIN....

as most of you know Ive had some problems with my lapband. (wls) and during the 2 months I went with no restriction and alot of frustration, I gained back nearly 13 pounds....alot of it cuz I was feeling so down and frustrated & disappointed, and I made BAD BAD food choices, besides being able to eat normal amounts of food once again.. well.....last monday I was able to get a fill and now have some restriction and IVe been working hard on my food choices.and....... as of this morning...... i have LOST 6 of those pounds

Thats great Cathy keep up the good work. I only had 1 fill so far and will have another on the 13th. Right now I have NO resrtiction and i have not lost any weight since my 1st fill. Hopefully i will be back on the losing train again.
