My doctor cried
Went to my regular family physician on Thursday and what a blessing. I havent seen her since July when I got my approval. She had written the insurance company two very long letters and sat through 9 months of seeing me every month and crying how badly I wanted this.
She came though the door and she was crying and gave me a huge hug. according to their recods I have lost 43 pounds, I lost weight before the surgery (I stopped diet coke the day I was approved and I ate like a cow before my surgery and still lost almost 15 pounds just by stopping the diet coke. I dont think I will ever drink diet anything or any kind of pop again.
At my 6 week check up with doctor Schram I had lost 33 pounds and 29 % of what I need to loose. My friend and I are doing a walking video twice a week 3 miles I need to start doing it some other days also. This coming week looks llike we are in for some nice weather I am walking outside and enjoy the sun. I hope everyone is doing well I have become lax in checking the web site.
