Just as long as you don't fiddle with your uvula....
My nose ran steadily for the first six weeks , then only when I'm finishing a meal or on the pot. Strangely, no sniffle means it isn't a productive moment. Go figure.
Put the baton down before you wipe your nose. Or anything else!
