Bad news/Good news (but mostly good news)

Hi everybody - It's a bad news/good news kind of update. As I'm closing in on 10 months out and have finally hit the Century Club. I jumped on and off the scale three times to confirm. Bad news - It looks like my gall bladder is giving up the ghost. I feel lousy with nausea and get periodic pains in the side. I did the ultrasound today and hope to get the results tomorrow before the weekend. It's kind of a bummer - I'd hoped the next zipper I'd get would be for plastics. Good News- Um - the Century Club?!!!! It's taken a while but I'm so glad to have hit it. It was my big goal so now I have to decide what my new one is. I'm not ready to call it good enough yet. No matter what the goobers who are telling me I've lost too much weight think. Jealous old hens. (Actually, I'm thinking something much pithier but it's a family web site.) Anyway - it's a see sawing emotion kind of day - on the one hand all kinds of joy, on the other I feel crappy with nauseau and I hate not knowing the test results. Patience is not my strong suit. Oh well - no one died and left me omnipotent ruler of the universe so that's just how it is going to be some days... Hope everyone is well- Michele P

Congratulations on the Century Club Michele!!! That is awesome! It is a bummer you aren't feeling well for it, but at least you know what it is that's bothering you and you can get it taken care of. Best of luck to you and keep us posted! Theresa

Michele I am so happy that you hit the century club! It is such a big accomplishment. Gall bladder surgery is a piece of cake! Don't worry about that. You will feel better afterwards though. Suzanne
