Pre Surgical Jitters
Like many of the posts I have read, we get those second thoughts, wondering if we are doing the right thing. My surgery is November 6th and the jitters are there. I also am excited that I will be on the bench soon and on my way to a healthier life. Thanks for all the kind words and wonderful informative profiles. Please think of me on Nov. 6th and say a prayer or 2. Thanks, Sheila
I never gave a second thought about whether I wanted the surgery or not, but lately some people at work have not been so nice about it and have been making negative comments. That makes me upset. I shouldn't let them bother me. If it wasn't so close to surgery and being a little tender hearted, I probably wouldn't have been so upset. Thanks for all the encouragement from here though. I guess we cannot expect others to understand who are not involved in or never have had MO issues or those who have not gone this road. Thanks again, Sheila
DON'T LET THE NAY SAYERS UPSET YOU!!!! JUST CONCENTRATE ON YOURSELF AND SHOW THEM THAT YOU DID THE RIGHT THING!!!!! AFTER YOU HAVE YOUR SURGERY AND THE WEIGHT STARTS COMING OFF AND YOU HAVE ALL THIS NEW FOUND ENERGY THEY WILL BE AMAZED!!!! YOU WAIT AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY THEN!!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!
