Bad news for me......

I received my bloodwork results today and it says that I'm too low on protein. They recommend 60-80 grms per day and it turns out I'm only getting in 20-40 grms. That's a bummer! I'm trying, but it seems that all the protein drinks that I was taking at the very beginning have turned on me. I thought it was the milk that I was making it with, but now I'm using orange juice and it still upsets my stomach. Isopure is totally yucky to me and so are the 50/50 slams at GNC. I've tried different types of protein mixes and they all do the same thing....even the protein bars. I'm at a lost now. If there are any suggestions out there, I'm definitely open to any and all. Help! Kori

Milk problems? Try Land o lakes Dairy Ease milk. It helped me keep from getting sick. We only absorb 70% on average of what we eat. We also need to spread out the meal to not only keep from getting stuck. We need to take protein over time like our Pylorus valve did when we had stomachs. We manually release nutrients where before our stomach did it as we needed it. Food over time is the key. kp

Ditto on the Unjury. I have the chocolate everyday and I absolutely love it. My Nut said I could be their spokesperson. It tastes just like Nestle Quik. I mix 4oz of Skim Milk with a full scope of Unjury and get my 20 grams of protein in. Stacey B
