Help Wanted

Hi everyone, I am looking for a baby sitter (well, the boys aren't babies!) and I thought this would be a great place to start. I was offered a promotion at work, which is great for me, but I have always fit my schedule around my two boys, ages 11 and 14. Starting in February, I will need someone to be with them from 2:30pm until 5:00ish. I will also need that person for a few days during the school breaks and 1/2 days in the summer. My main concern is my oldest son. He has Prader-Willi Syndrome (www.pwsausa.org) and a lot of special needs, one of them is diapering. He doesn't walk or talk, but other than having to change a 14 year old boy's diaper, it's not hard to care for him. He's loveable as all get out. So, I was thinking a college student in health or special ed would be ideal. We live in Westland.....if anyone has someone they would like to recommend to us, I would appreciate it. I'd suggest that you call around to some local colleges. they usually have job postings for different areas of work. This would be a great experience for them and your boys would probably like having a "big brother or sister" around rather then an "old maid" type baby sitter.
