Joining a GYM!!!!!

So, yesterday I went and checked out this fitness gym and got prices and everything. I was so incredibly happy with what I found. For $34 a month I get full access for 18 months to racketball courts, basketball courts, weight, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, day care, pool, hot tub, sauna, other various equipment and many different classes ranging from water aerobics to weight training. Classes are included in the fee too. There is also available (for a fee), trainers, dieticians, massage therapists, and physical therapist. When I talked to the sales rep, I told him about my upcoming surgery. He was very knowledgable and told me the types of things I shoudl start out with and even talked about food and calories for a bit with me. He seemed very knowledgable. I was so impressed. Tomorrow I am going up there and joining. I can't believe how awesome this place is and it cost less than Curves to boot. I am so excited. I am getting everything ready for after I have my surgery. That is great Shawn. One of the best things I did was sign the family up at our local gym. I really think the exercising I did after surgery made a huge difference in how my skin looks now. Best of luck and I hope you enjoy your new gym. Positive vibes Megan

Thansk Megan! I was going to join the whole family up, but after I sat and thought about it, I would be the only really using it. Between ballet classes, piano, church groups and school, there is only one free day a week for the rest of the family. I will be going while they are in school and sometimes on Saturdays. Plus it was almost twice the price. If I thought they would use it more I would add the family. Although, come summer I may see if I can add them, at least the kids, so I am not restricted to going in the evening. Sorry Sydney. I didn't think about that. The name is Family Fitness Factory. It is in Brighton (actually closer to Hamburg and Lakeland though). They are an individually owned Christian based facility that believes spirtiual health is just as important as physical health. It is awesome! I love this place and can't wait to start going.
