PLEASE PRAY FOR MY FRIEND

Hi everyone, I'm posting today for some support for my girlfriend Stacy. She had surgery this morning for wt. Loss and when she was in recovery she stopped breathing. They worked on her for 30 minutes and now she is unresponsive and in I.C.U. So if everyone could please pray for her it would be great. She is a single mom of 4 young children and her parents are with her now. I know so many people that have had this surgery with no problems but I really am scared for her. I helpped her with this journey and I feel very bad that this has happened to her. So please keep her in you thoughts. Thank you, Misty

Oh Misty, that is terrible news! I will definately keep her in my prayers! Did she have surgery here in MI? I feel so bad for her and her family. You just never know about surgeries, but we always hope for the best. As I said, I will continue to pray tonight and hopefully you can give us some good news later on. God Bless, Theresa

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Last night she was going better. She is still on the vent but was waking up. I will talk to her mom this morning and then post again. I also plan on going to see her tonight. She is at Harper Hospital. Again thank you ................ Misty

Harper hospital has the best icu nurses there are. They took wonderful care of me. I hope they get her off the vent soon. Hugs Linda

Hi Misty I hope and pray she will be alright. I too stopped breathing when they finished surgery, i had undiagnosed sleep apnea. Don't give up hope, they thought i would be on life support the rest of my life . Who did her surgery? Is she on a vent right now? I was on one for a week following surgery, it's very scarey. Hugs Linda
