jello, pork rinds, and popcorn
Ok first the jello! LOL I think we should become the new spokes people for jello! I feel this way because since I have lost 52 pounds I am starting to remind myself of the jello commercial. "watch it wiggle see it jiggle"
yeah we could just be up on stage dancing and the rest would take care of itself. I always said I would NEVER have PS now I am not so sure. My legs and arms are a little drooper then my 33 years likes. LOL SOOOO all of us WLS patients who have saggy skin could do the new jello commercials wouldn't that be hilarious. LOL I know this is a totally warped way of thinking but it is funny!
Second, what is your opinions on pork rinds for protein? There is 7 grams per serving. Also, I LOVE popcorn do you all think this is healthy to be eating? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I found the pork rinds tasty things as long as they were spicy, jus****ch out for the CARBS.........not only in those but in Popcorn. I love popcorn and eat at least 3 bags a week of Kettle Corn..........it's good fiber but.........I found out that if it is overcooked the least little bit, I get sick and .....
to put it MILDLY.
Jus****ch the carbs...carbs=gas=weight gain=no no.
But I eat some pork rinds now and then...more the popcorn....cuz i love it!

Yup, I remember after losing over 100 pounds, my daughter telling me, "Mommy - you tummy is squishy" (gotta love those kids, at least they're honest)
Pork Rinds - I can sum it up in one word,
Popcorn - Oh yeah baby!!! I probably eat popcorn twice a month or so. I have no idea if it's "healthy" to be eating, but I do.

Did I see the Word POPCORN!! ok Ill have to admit it.. I am a POPCORNAHOLIC!! I eat it just about 4 times a week,,, I get the mini bags and well It takes me about 4 hours to finally consume it but but I love it....
Porkrinds,,,,, they kill me man just thinking about them make my little pouch start to quiver... I loved them post op can't handle them now...
and Jello, you know I do jiggle when i walk teehee!!!

I can't do pork rinds yet, but I'll try them soon and we'll see how they work with the pouch. Pork rinds have essentially NO carbs. Popcorn has plenty of carbs, but I'm sure it's fine if you eat it sparingly. I can't imagine you'd be able to pack away much of it anyway! I love your jello commercial idea! We could make lots of money and set up a trust fund for WLS patients needing plastic surgery!

LOL i'm eating popcorn right now. I don't eat much, maybe a handful. I didn't like pork rinds, and really can't stand jello anymore, but did right away post op. my favorite was always sf fudgesicles or hunts no sugar added chocolate pudding.
Now you think at -52 pounds you jiggle? Just think how i can jiggle at -205 pounds, hilarious! OMG and wait til you lose more and lay in a bathtub full of water, it's very gross.....your skin floats at the surface and looks like blubber lmao.
Glad you're doing so good, keep it up.
