Wow. I couldn't believe it.
Yes I did Bonnie. I'm sorry I didn't get back to you but Thursday was wild at work and then I was in Mt. Pleasant at a meeting on Friday. It was at the casino. My husband got to play but I had to sit and listen to people talking. At least they fed us lunch.
On Wednesday at 12:10, we have Tai Chi at city hall until 12:30. It only costs $2.00 and if you'd like to join us, we'd be happy to have you.
I'm thinking maybe we could meet on like the 1st Wed. of the month at 6:30 at the public safety building. What do you think? If it works out then I would have it put in the paper and invite anyone that's had surgery or was thinking about the surgery to come and talk. I know it wouldn't be structured like the one MMPC or Scolten's people do but I think we can get a lot out of it.
I hope we can get some more people to come though.
I sure wish I could join you for Tai Chi on Wednesday, Ann, and thanks for the invitation! We are conducting interviews on Wednesday for a new position, so I'm "Fully Booked" during that day. Is Tai Chi every Wednesday at 12:10? I would really love to join you when I can!
The 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:30 sounds great to me! I realize this group will be unstructured, but I think that will be just fine while the group is still small. We can simply get together and share our experiences, joys, challenges, concerns, what works and what doesn't work!! I'm anxious to hear honest and open dialogue from others who have been through this or who are about to start the process. Sounds wonderful!
I'll bring my sister-in-law with me, and I'll see if my friend can make it on October 4th. I'm going to bring a large sack-full of MMPC "products" that I ordered but was unable to tolerate. If anyone wants them, they are welcome to take them. MMPC won't take them back, so I hope someone can use them. Let me know if you'd like me to bring anything else with me. And let me know if you want me to help you with the newspaper "announcement" in the Pioneer.
See you on October 4th at 6:30 at the Public Safety Building!
Bonnie
