At the picnic yesterday we got a bag of samples.....i was surprised to find a protein popsicle, never heard of it before. It's by prosource andhas 10 grams of protein....it's not too bad. Then in the bag i had a b12 patch. I haven't tried it yet, but it's supposed to be better than sublingual. You put it behind your ear or the inside of the wrist. you keep it on for 24 hours and it is enough b12 for a full week. you can check it out at b12patch.com . Hugs Linda

Hey Jennifer, My PCP has me on a special Iron It is call Trinsicon. It has a special enzyme in it that helps break the iron down so that we can absorb it. Because, we have lost the part of our stomach that produces this emzyme, we (GBers) don't absorb it well. There are to other vitamins that will help in the absorbtion, they are Folic acid and vitamin C. My Iron has risen 5+ pts. sense the last time I was in the hospital. Just from taking these supplements. I hope this helps. TTYL----Toni

I buy these popsicles through the Dr.s office. They are not cheap but worth it for the amount of protein, I think. I like the cherry and you can really taste the protein. THey were easy to tolerate on those warm summer days. Positive vibes Megan
