Hi, I changed my name from HeartMi to kb63, for reasons that have nothing to do with this website at all. Just wanted to let ya'll know. Also I stared that Plateau Buster diet, last sunday and lost 6lbs. this week. IT WORKS!! and I cooked all my pork & turkey on my new George Forman grill. I needed a kick in the butt...... Im glad someone else posted about that diet. Im getting use to 15 gms food (protien food only) a day, again. And it is very satisfying. Thanks so much for posting about that diet. xoxoxKerry

I think I'm gonna try it too. I can seem to lose 5 or 6 lbs but then it comes right back. My GYN put me on BC to regulate my monthly and I gained 10lbs in 3 weeks!!!!! That was 3 months ago. I can't get it off! I need to do something!
