Today is my last FAT birthday!

Today is the last time that I will have a Fat birthday. I have had 54 of them and this is for sure the last one, cause next year I will be thinner!! My surgery is Oct 25, 2006 and I just can't wait! I am going to my favorite Chinese Restaurant probably for the last time also, yea, I know that way down the line I might be able to go, but I will probably want all the wrong stuff so I am planning on taking these off my list. Hubby doesn't like Chinese food anyway, he just goes for me! (What a nice guy hugh!) Anybody else have the same date as me? cheers Ann

Diane, thanks for the best wishes for my birthday! We went to Grand Rapids to the chinese place on Alpine, right by Art Van. That is my favorite by far. Yes, I really ate too much, but that is IT for a long time if ever, and I am good with that. Came home and had cake and icecream and now I am done with the "last super". As of tomorrow I am going to start a fast of my own, high protien shake for breakfast, and lunch and then a small dinner. I can do this because I have used up all my "last wants" this week. I go into see the Doc on the 4 of Oct and have to get this 5 lb gain OFF! And I WILL. I plan on picking up my exercise too. You all should hold me accountable, and keep me going!
