I am wondering if you could help me out. If i sent you a few pics could you resize them and make them flash back and fourth. Or if you could tell me how to do the flashing thing I might be able to figure it out. You can respond here or email me........Thanks in advance.

i'd be willing to give it a shot. I use Photoshop Elements to do it, if you have that software i'd gladly explain to you how to do it yourself, if not email me the pictures and i'll see what i can do.
