Hey there Stacey. I have read that you eat the Kashi products I am wondering about some of the new Kashi bars. There is a peanut roll one have you tried this and what can you say is the best tasting product? I am looking for something I can just take with me to football to munch on. I am only 2 months out of surgery so don't know how much of the stuff I can eat but would like to try it. Thanks girl! Hugs, Di

Diane, I don't do Ka****here is too much sugar and carbs in their bars for me. What I do eat is Atkins Advantage Granola Bars, they contain 17 grms protein, low sugars and lower carbs than any bar I've ever had. (with that much protein). Kashi is ok but I can't do the carbs. hope that helps. I do eat the peanut butter granola bars daily. at least 1 per day. Sw

Hey Stacey! You didn't have to do that!! THANK YOU! You said that you eat the Atkin's bars how do they taste??? Is there a bad aftertaste? I eat the South Beach Diet breakfast bars and they are ok. But not the best tasting thing out there. It is hard to go from snickers on the go to protein bars LMAO!!!! Just looking for something not too bad tasting. Thank you so much Stacey. Hugs, Di

South Beach has more carbs. More carbs cause stinky farts. And also can prevent you from losing weight. -- So watch the carbs. The atkins granola bars (not to be confused with the breakfast bars)...you can get them at Wal mart and Target usually in Peanut Butter OR Chocolate Chip.......... They taste like a granola bar. I am eating a Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Bar right now, has 20 grams protein, 2 sugars, 7 sugar alcohols, and 17 gms carbs and I think I found a new protein bar for now. They are small, and easy to eat and taste decent. Not gritty, not too thick. I like that. The smaller the bar the better. Hey Di, you're worth it hon. That's why I looked it up!!!!!!!!!! love ya girl!! Stacey W
