Best Insurance Coverage for Plastic Surgery

I am about 10 lbs from goal and I am wondering what insurance is best for covering the most with plastic surgery?? I would like to have a abdominoplasty and a breast reduction/lift and would be willing to have it done at the same time to reduce costs. I need to start looking into this, as well as a good plastic surgeon. I am considering having Laser Bra surgery, which means I MIGHT need to go to OH or KY if there's not a doctor in MI that could perform that proceedure.

Geee Rhonda - I can't hardly believe you're there already - it seems just like yesterday you were sooooo frustrated with insurance and appealing to higher people above your insurance company (can't remember who)!!! Look how far you've come!!!!! I don't have a clue which insurance would better cover ps. I know the only reason I got my tt covered was because I had a huge hernia and they couldn't just repair it, I had to have a full abdominoplasty. Perhaps posting this on the PS forum would get you better answers. WHAT is a Laser Bra surgery - my imagination is running wild with this!!!! Laurie

I had HAP (your typical 'hellish meanies organization') but switched to Humana in January of this year because the cost was way too much. I have Medicare, but I need a secondary insurance to fall on if Social Security ever deems me able to work! You can find information on the Laser Bra at http://www.laserbra.com/ and I know there are only a handful of doctors in the US that acutally do it. The closest ones would be in OH and KY. It's supposed to a step up and longer lasting.
