GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Hi Judy,
First of all, it is good to hear from you, I have been wondering how you were doing, but am so sorry you are having a problem I too don't understand this, as I have BC/BS PPO...and they did NOT have to pre-approve me. Why do you need pre-approved, it is right in MMPC policy that you don't need to be. Call and talk to Valerie at MMPC, she does the insurance...she is wonderful, very helpful and informative. Please call her, maybe she can help. I too would be extremely frustrated at this point, you have waited so long for this surgery to happen, the last thing you need is another problem. Calm down, and try to get to the bottom of it. I wish you the best of luck through this process..something I didn't have to deal with...thank the good lord!!
Good luck with lots of *hugs* coming your way
Cheryl

YES...call MMPC and talk to Valerie, she is wonderful and very very sweet and helpful. She helped me from the night of orientation. I dont' see why you need to be pre-approved, when you have BCBC PPO. It is right in all their paperwork....I will have to see if I can find it, and tell you exactly what it says. I wish you the best of luck, and PLEASE keep me posted as you hear something today.
GOOD LUCK
Hugs,
Cheryl

Oh Judy Girl!!!!
How horrible. I am so glad you called though. Can you imagine if you would have waited. OMG! What a pain. Well, I can tell you one thing. If this surgery has taught me any lesson it is patience. Believe me it isn't easy. Keep praying and it will all work out! I'll keep my fingers crossed. I'd call too! Keep them on their toes girl that is what they get paid for!
Hugs,
Di
