How about post plastic surgery?

I'm 1 year out from open RNY. I need a tummy tuck for sure and possibly some other re-constructive procedures. Has anyone had financial help from Medicare (A&B), BC/BS and straight Medicade for this?? I'm living on disability from Soc. Sec and can't pay for this out of pocket. Help!

My insurance paid for my TT but I had to pay for the Breast surgery which I got a medical loan for! Good Luck!!!

My insurance refused to pay stating it was "cosmetic". I was all out of pocket! I had a tummy tuck in 2004 and arms in 2006. I have DMC-care threw the Detroit Medical Center. U would think being a medical professional they would pay for something. WRONG!!! Robin
