Has anyone had .....

Dr. Dawn White from MMPC? She is a Bariatric Physician NOT surgeon. I am thinking of checking her out. Any opinions. Please email me Privately if they are negitive and post them here if they are positive. Thanks Toni

Hi Toni: I had Dawn for my pre-surgery check-up. She's all business and thorough. Not a "let's be friends" kind of bedside manner, but she seems to know her stuff and that's what matters. I like her much better than VanDyke over there. He's the one that told me I should have been losing faster during the 3 month diet prior to surgery and I followed every rule they gave me. He made me so angry I could have SPIT! Hope that helps. Also wanted to tell you that your adventures with B-12 has helped me help some other people and I appreciate your articles that kept me up to speed so I could tell others! You're a peach! Love, Pam

Dawn White also did my pre surgery physical. She was very thorough but her bedside manner isn't as friendly as the other PA's or Drs Foote or Kemmeter.

I had Dr. Dawn White from MMPC and was told she was an internist. She did my presurgery evaluation before I met with Kemmeter. I had the DS and she told me that the DS was for people with hundreds of pounds to lose not just 126 pounds like I needed to lose. When I spoke to Kemmeter he said I was a great candidate for any wls I preferred. I am very happy with my DS. Please ask about it. Jackie
