psych. eval....passed

hey everyone! I went for my psych eval today...passed and I am so happy cuz surgery was pending this eval. If I passed itr, my insurance will cover my surgery. Happy Happy me!!!!!

Dawn, How do you know you passed? When I had mine he said he would draw up the report and the insurance woudl determine if I pass or not. I am still waiting (2-1/2 weeks) for the doctor to get the report sent in. He is trying to talk to my reg. shrink to get a better report to ensure that the insurance will approve it. He felt that they may deny it because I have bi-polar disorder. My reg. shrink doesn't think they should, he feels I would really benefit from the surgery and feels that I will comply with all that I need to, since I comply with what he has me do all of the time. I wish I knew that quick if I passed or not. I just called him again to see where he is at with the report and I had to leave yet another message. I am getting so frustrated, I am waiting on this report for them to submit to insurance to get approval for my surgery. ::sigh:: Well, congrats on passing your eval. and Good luck with your approval.
