I just started on an induction diet that Rachel over at Dr. Hendrick's office place me on and I hope I can do it. She wants me on it for 2 weeks. I just hope the headaches get better. Well, at least my water intake is great. Wish me luck!!!!

Rachel is a great dietician to work with. Just remember if you are having any troubles to call her and she can help you with it. Use her as your resourse as much as possible. She has helped me out alot even though I am a very picky eater and I hate alot of veggies.
