Taken this AM, I am in amazement at the change!!!!!!!!!! http://www.geocities.com/laurelie36/newbie101.jpg Also, I've lost a total of 62 inches from my head to my toes, I have lost over 36 points in my BMI from 67.3 to 30.9 I have lost 15 inches alone in my waist 21 inches in my hips and 14 in my arms (both sides together) I have lost more weight since 2003 than I have ever lost in my life: Now 2 lbs shy of losing 50 percent of my total body weight since I began this journey I was 310 now at 157 lbs I just can't believe the change and wanted to share the pics with all of you!!! Thanks for your support!!!!!!!!!!!!!
