MMPC Survey
I got a survey today from MMPC. They asked all kinds of questions about their office staff, physicians, parking, quality of return calls on questions, etc. I gave them very good marks in all but one area and that was in the front desk staff area. They have a box on the reverse for comments and I wrote that I had heard on bulletin boards that the desk staff was rude and hurried. I haven't encountered the rudeness but I felt like I was bothering them when I asked a question. I tried to remind them that they need to be polite to all their customers because others will hear about it and will go elsewhere. I hope some of you also get this survey and will be honest in your answers.
Got my survey....was here waiting when I got home from the hospital! I thought WOW is that ever quick. I didn't realize at the time it was going out to everyone. I too will be honest. I've not had any problems with the front desk as yet, but I did mention the posting to one of the nurses when I was there last time. She seemed quite interested and concerned about it.
